Where can i use my new metal card?

You will be able to use your new metal card anywhere in the world! It will work same as your plastic card. We transfer your EMV chip and Magnetic strip both from your old Plastic/Metal Card to our new Metal Card. So your metal card will work just like your plastic card only the ‘Tap and Pay’ feature will be disabled, however, you will still be able to make contactless payments via your smartphone.

How do i order my card?

Select the card you want and proceed to checkout and for any other custom design E-mail us at regalcreds@gmail.com or you can contact us on WhatsApp +91-8928397967. After purchase you’ll receive E-mail from us asking for the details required to engrave on your card and with shipping instructions along with video tutorial link to do the chip transfer process. Now you have option to do self-transfer the chip or you can ship your card to us for chip and magnetic strip transfer both. You can have any details you want and design can be adjusted. Can i use my own design

Sure, just order Full Custom Card and get in touch with our designers at regalcreds@gmail.com or on WhatsApp . Upload your design/logo in high resolution if possible. A vector file (.svg) or transparent background is preferred. We can work with almost all designs. Keep in mind our laser can not laser different colors. Your card is fully customisable, buyer responsible for the content and we do not assume any liability for trademark infringements or copyright claims.

Do you take international orders?

Yes, Our services are available for international Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards. Including USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Italy, Germany, France, Korea, Singapore etc. We request that you ship us your original card using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. What if i don't wish to ship my card to you?

You have a option to send your card to us for chip and magnetic strip data transfer. If you wish not to send your card to us then you have the option to do the chip by yourself for which we will be sending chip transfer instruction and video link after your purchase. You’ll not be able to transfer magnetic strip data, you can skip this as its optional and not much used and card can still be used in all POS and ATMs.

Do you convert metal cards also to your custom metal cards?

Yes! We can convert metal cards as well like AMEX Platinum, N26, Revolut to our customized metal card.

Is my card safe with you?

Regalcreds takes the utmost care of your financial safety. You can also temporary ‘freeze’ your card in your online banking dashboard before shipping it to us. Our equipment does not store any personal data, it simply transfers from A to B. We have spent thousands of Dollars to create this amazing business focusing primarily on longevity, quality of service and security. We are here to help people by making the world’s best custom luxury cards for everyone and not stealing information (jail is not on our bucket list). We will never ask for your card PIN. However, if you are still concerned, you do have the option to send a card with zero monetary funds available.
